Exchange and Return Policy

📦 EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CHARGES

We want you to love your Diva Dash experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49).

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@divadashstore.com within the 7-day window.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in unused condition, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging.

  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the item back.

  • Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Diva Dash does not provide prepaid return labels unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

💳 Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
